Teacher Thank You Card

Teacher Thank You Card

Miss “O” wanted to make a thank you card for her Kindergarten teacher. When I asked her if she wanted to make a card with flowers, crayons, pencils she immediately said… I want to do hearts! She picked out the double heart since she said “its both of our hearts together” (insert nana heart melting moment). She knew what colors she wanted to use, so I showed her a couple of different “kits” and she was off and running. She pulled the dies off of my metal boards, figured out what papers she wanted for which pieces, die cut all of the pieces (with grandpa’s supervision) all I helped with was adding glue to the backs of the paper – but she did the rest! I love how she used the two hearts on the top right to look like butterfly wings. So proud of this sweet girl and I know her teacher loved it too!
